Bestta Properties specialised in Property Investment, development, venture capital & and joint venture. The completion value of Bestta’s current and previous Projects is around $2billions.
Both prestigious homes and project homes are to serve our Yong & Bestta clients better. Many of the homes use steel frames to last longer & not worrying about the common termite in Australia.
Founded by Peter Huang in 1995 & based at the double award-winning Pacific Centre project developed by Peter in 2001, it is one of the top 400 private companies in Queensland ranked by PWC, offering full real estate services from residential, commercial sales, project marketing, property management & development services to its clients.
Bestta Investors club mission is to turn luck to almost guaranteed winning for each of our compound mentoring members using Peter Huang’s dozens of No or Little Money Down strategies for property & business investment while have a great career, harmonious & balanced quality of life. Part of club profit will be donated to Claybourn foundation, who in turn support all other registered charities. Peter’s mission is to not only making Bestta Group a billion-dollar company but to create many other millionaires, multi-millionaires or billionaires as well by JV or mentoring his members ongoingly, as their mentor or a board of director

Claybourn was established in 1910 by Manning Claybourn in Brisbane- the 2032 Olympic city, with a simple mission to keep Aussies warm and dry. Australian citizen Peter Huang acquired it in 2021 to take it global. Along with both online and offline channels, Claybourn is truly international premium brand. It’s King Charlie’s favourite. When he was studying in Australia in 1966, he chose to wear Claybourn coat.
Claybourn manufacturing was established in 1910 by Manning Claybourn in Brisbane with the heritage from UK. Apart from Claybourn’s own products, it also manufactured for RM Williams and many other fashion brands at the time. In 2021, Peter Huang acquired the business together with the Australian Coat Company & quickly expand its wholesale & OEM market to include Royal Flying Doctors Services & many others who are keen to bring back the manufacturing to Australia.
As part of the Bestta Group, Claybourn’s mission is to be the best of the best in everything we do for our worldwide clients under the motto “Better Best”. Originated in 2009 during the global financial crisis when everyone was in need of help, Peter Huang set up Yong Foundation. The fund exclusively came from Yong & Bestta Group subsidiaries. There are around $700,000 in the fund & Peter’s mission is to expand it to tens of million-dollars in the future. Brisbane River Golf Club was established in 1979. Undulating and unsuspecting, the course is approximately 30km from the Brisbane CBD and proves one of the hardest courses in the region to master. It is the only privately owned golf course in Brisbane.
We are a modern, member-focused indoor shooting facility housing 18 lanes, each with individual target retrieval. Its gallery license also allow the unlicensed public to shoot at the designated section of the club under supervision.
